In this space, we invite you to come as you are and take what you need from each session. FAQs

Are socks required?

YES! Grip socks are required in every class. Please make sure to bring yours with you. If you do forget them, we have them for sell in studio. We are very fortunate to be able to sell Move Active grip socks! We think they are the best quality!

What should I do before attending class?

Fill out your Health History Questionnaire! You will receive a confirmation email after booking your class that has a link to the form. If you will please fill it out before attending class so we can better serve you! If you have any health changes between classes, please make sure to update your form!

What should I wear?

To best serve you, we recommend tight fitted clothing so we are aware of your form. Your feet are often in the air so we require leggings or biker shorts for all women. For Men - we require joggers or compression shorts.

No hair clips or embellishments on your clothing while on the reformer. We do not want to puncture our equipment.

What is the parking situation?

Few parking spaces are available out front of the studio. More parking is available at the building next door with steps leading to our parking lot. Please be careful when arriving and exiting the studio.

I have never tried pilates. What should I expect?

Pilates is fantastic for beginners! We encourage you to sign up for our free intro group class. It is a 30 minute class showing you what to expect in our studio and how to navigate the reformer. If you are not comfortable in a group setting, contact us to schedule a private class.

How many reformers do you have?

We currently only have 4 studio reformers. This means 4 people per class. We hope to grow in the months / years to come.
